I have a service application which I've written that I'm now trying
to get to run under launchd. I'm using Lingon, and creating a "User
Daemon" (i.e., a plist that lives in /Library/LaunchDaemons/)
For a variety of reasons, I do not want it to run as root, so I am
setting the user and group in the plist. I also have the "RunAtLoad"
property set to true.
When I "Load" from Lingon, my app starts right up, but when I restart
the machine, it does not, and there is no launchd failure message in
the system log.
Anybody have any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?
