Well, besides Qt and Java, you are right ;-)

Java is ugly as all heck on all platforms. The same is true of Qt, to a lesser extent. REALbasic is the only product I know of that lets you create fully-native programs that *feel* like native applications (with the partial exception of Mac OS X, which I'm sure will change with Cocoa).

I'm not so sure. Mono is a JIT VM. Could it be as good? Possibly. But I doubt it.
