Do you really think that the 20 or 50 people or whatever that have joined this thread would indicate that a "significant portion" of the community is dissatisfied. The truth may be that most of the community is dissatisfied but making that assumption from these types of thread would be bad judgment. Those who are dissatisfied are always loudest.

Let's pretend RB only has sold 10,000 copies. Would you let the 20 or 50 complainers set your entire focus?
