why? rb is a drastically different app then before, with different goals. some people came on early because of the java support, it would be silly to cater to them now. as a product changes, so does its market... sometimes as a customer you get obsolesced. its just the way things work with a fluid product like RB.

To some degree it depends who they are... If they are long time users who were previosuly satisfied, I would listen.
