No - What I was thinking is that if you want to see what Cocoa
support might like in REALbasic just look at existing Cocoa apps.
It's not like Cocoa could turn REALbasic's interface 3D or
something. :)
I'm hoping for IDE improvements. I think that with native toolbars,
etc., the IDE will be much nicer to use.
However, considering the rewrite necessary to do native toolbars with
the Location Bar, I'm betting that we'll see native toolbars in the
IDE around RB 2008. (I'm not kidding!)
Perhaps I'm overlooking something, but I believe I've already done
that rewrite. My SearchFieldToolbarItem allows you to add an
HISearchField to the toolbar, and it would be straightforward to
extend it to support any MacOS control available in Carbon.
All made possible by the new compiler...
Now that I think about it, I suppose I am overlooking the other
platforms.
