Dunno Björn... Why should someone's ability to define a class named
"Point" have ever been affected by plugins. It was. Don't know if it
still is. Sure hope not. The fact is that sometimes, having a plugin
or a particular plugin installed has caused problems in a way that
the problem gets resolved if you remove plugins or the particular
plugin. Joe was asking a question to try to steer people to finding
the particular problem. It might just be that there is some
unreported bug with plugin support code in REALbasic that needs to be
identified before it gets fixed. There's nothing any more "seriously
wrong" with REALbasic in that case than there is with a plugin
developer who pollutes the namespace. It's just a bug that needs to
be fixed and not an excuse for getting on a high horse.

P.S. If I've offended anyone, cry to your union leader. You know who

First off, why should compile speed be affected by plugins ? Unless
there is something seriously wrong with REALbasic ?
