NUG persons,
I am creating a tool that edits existing files that use unsigned
integers (4 bytes) to store the result from the MacOS call
GetDateTime ();
It is not clear to me how to move from a 4-byte unsigned integer to
the 8-byte double used by Date.TotalSeconds. A variant? A varmint?
Sorry, it is 3:20 AM, maybe that is what is not converting....
