Thanks for that info! I was banging the head on that myself. Turns out I needed to set a listbox to me.acceptRawDataDrop("text") instead of me.AcceptTextDrop.

Meanwhile, does anyone know how to get access to the drag and drop mousecursors? They're not listed in the System.cursors list. How does RB access them for drag and drop?

Thanks,

Greg

Has anyone had any luck in having a cursor change 'take" while doing
a drag operation (and if so, how)? I'm using 2005 (Mac r4), and I
can't seem to get it working. 2006 has a new drag system
implemented, so I'd be interested in hearing if anyone using 2006 (my
demo's expired, and I'm waiting till UB support to upgrade) has any
success in doing this sort of thing.

I got it to work in 2006 by changing the cursor in the DragItem in the DragOver event, Just tried it today BTW.
