The only way to do this is to handle the ScrollWheel yourself and scroll the 
editfield by changing
the ScrollPosition property.

I think RB2006 lets you handle scrollwheel events yourself. 

If you are on RB5.5 then try my ScrollWheelWindow class at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=81240&package_id=112987 , 
the only downside
to it is that it will supercede RB5.5 scrollwheel handling for the given 
window, meaning you will
have to handle this for all controls in that window yourself. It's not hard to 
implement though,
there's an example included in the download.
