After spending hours trying to figure out why Edit menus (Copy,
Paste, etc) would not work in Modal Windows in a App that was
imported from REALbasic 5.5 to 2006r1, and without having much luck
in reproducing it in a smaller App, then I found that if a Modal
Windows is launched by a right click context menu then the Edit Menu
will be non responsive in 2006 (and probably 2005 also)
Now the question is does anyone know if a workaround ? (I tried doing
App.DoEvents after the Context menu click but no luck)
ContextMenus are not of much use if the windows that they launch are
not responsive.
Launching the same windows in the same app with a button makes them
work.
