Apple Garamond? I lost track of it when they switched from Chicago to Charcoal...

But anyway, now that I look a bit closer it looks like iTunes is faking the glyphs with icons somehow, probably through a private framework....

I thought the system font was Lucida Grande which is why I checked in Font Book for what glyphs and code points they are
