Does anyone know if there is a "standard" way that Linux users would
prefer to have the software presented to them? Are there "Installers"
like there are on Windows that are commonly used?
Also, because the look and feel of a linux system may vary from system
to system, is there a "start" bar that users will want the icon
installed into.
I'm just wondering about some basic "linux" standard conventions when it
comes to distributing applications.
