Neither. It becomes the equivalent of what you get from f.OpenAsPicture: an opaque picture object whose graphics are in some format you can't touch.
To satisfy your requirements, you'll have to come up with your own format for representing the vector data, save your pictures in this format, and drag the resulting files into the project. Then at runtime, reconstitute your vector data from these string constants.
