Can you run an Applescript from within RB2006 without any plug ins and if you can is there an online reference someplace as to how it's done?

As far as I know, executing an apple script does not require any plugins. I don't know of any documentation other than what comes with REALbasic.

I couldn't find anything in the LR (printed it out) or the one in RB's Help menu that even mentions Applescript. Appleevents, but not script.

I also searched through my examples folder for a sample and couldn't find anything there either.

Methinks it's extremely well hidden. Which isn't to say it's not documented someplace, just not where I've been looking so far..:-)

See the Rb User Guide.
