There are a few font families that are missing from the Font() list. On my system the fonts that seem to be missing from the list are international scripts (such as Arabic or Hebrew), but not all of them because I do have a number of Chinese and Korean fonts visible.

Two examples of missing fonts are "Al Kayan" and "Arial Hebrew" (I know there are more but I didn't want to spend the time looking them up). I also "confirmed" that TextEdit does show these fonts in the list.
