Okay. I don't know where you learnt English, but they are certainly
not quite the same thing at all. The first and third imply before the
end of the year. ;-)
Well I learned English in Canada and to me they all mean that "when
midnight Dec 31 arrives" there will be the capability to create
Universal Binaries.
Which is true if it's delivered in June, or at 11PM Dec 31.
