Any ideas, why a multipage PDF opened by OpenAsPicture doesn't
has several IndexedPictures() available?

ImageCount()  return 1

Probably the same reason why Photoshop can only open a PDF one page at a time. OpenAsPicture just doesn't have the parameters required to choose a page like Photoshop does.

Well, OpenAsPicture is documented to use QuickTime. the QT Player opens the PDF nicely.

And Picture has IndexedPicture() and ImageCount().

So, what's the problem?

If I'm thinking what you're thinking, then I think I have thought of this question before. How can a multipage PDF be displayed in RB? Also, can a PDF with an embedded movie or other cool Acrobat 7 features be utilized in RB?

Yes, using Editable Movie it works.

If not, then it would still be nice to make something like this - custom class or plugin, maybe?

Not a too big problem, since I can easily FolderItem.Launch() the PDF.

Thx, Andrew.
