Welcome back :) I¹ve actually gotten even further than that, having solved this issue. Thanks you :) Unfortunately, I have two others which haven¹t been solved. The first, and most severe, you can find under Recursion nilObject¹, the second under File with ³F² for folder not copying¹. I have found that this last one is because the original item has the name with the fancy ³F² in it of course, not the translation of 306222, so when the method goes to look for the folderitem in the source, it¹s .exists=false, and so can¹t be copied. I have no idea what to do about this. I have the latest version of the project at my site: http://dhnet.us/compare/Compare_Volumes.rb.sit. It¹s actually pretty simple to get through, just consisting of a few routines. :) All My Best, Jeffrey _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
