REAL Software recognizes the need to provide better support for our European
customers. Establishing an office in Europe is just the first step in
achieving that goal, there are more steps in progress that will be announced
as they are completed.

 

I'd like to take a moment to clarify what I see as the two most pressing
questions:

 

Q.  How does this affect REALbasic users in the UK or Scandinavia?

 

A.  REALbasic users can now order licenses, upgrades and documentation and
get tech support from REAL Software, in english or french, through the
corporate website,www.realsoftware.com.

 

Q.  How does this affect REALbasic users anywhere else in Europe?

 

A.  If you're in a country served by a distributor (see
www.realsoftware.com/international for specific information), then you will
continue to order products and get support through your distributor. If you
speak french, we now have a french website www.realsoftware.com/fr where you
can order products and get tech support in french.

 

Also to clarify, if you need to communicate with someone at REAL Software's
European Headquarters, as the European Sales Manager, I speak fluent english
and french; and you can email or call me directly.
