Yes, I can type Japanese. I don't see any perceptible slowness
though, at least when I just throw an EditField onto a window and

YES! keydown, selchange and textchange.... and sometime some threads..
So I understand it slow down, but I always tested on my old 400Mhz,
and set the limit there. And when I use
Roman, Cyrillic or other keyboard scripts, it works (but only works)....
So the question should perhaps be, is there an 'big' difference with
those characters and Japanese..
I try to type some Japanese (I think).. but I could not see an 'big'
difference...
