I'm currently successfully debugging a project using RB2006r2 on a MacBook Pro, OS X v10.4.6. It is Mach-O and uses some MBS plugins.
Do you have any (open) project or particular plugin combination for me to try? Since I'm on an Intel mac as well, it is in my best interest to try and find out exactly what causes this.
