Well my plugins can load and save CMYK to TIFF and JPEG files.

And there are colorsync methods for converting between RGB and CMYK
using Apple Colorsync or the Little CMS.

And I think the ImageMagick stuff in my plugins can do a lot of with
CMYK, too.
