Ah, that might explain why I never see that problem. I tend to Quit RB very often, a habit I got into back in the early days as a way to enhance stability. And in the old IDE, Quitting was the only way to close a project without opening another one. So I quit often.

Another reason I quit is to recover huge amounts of RAM.

Real     Virtual

130MB     850MB   Start RB6r2, blank project.

190MB     915MB   Load my 6.5 MB project

350MB    1050MB   After one Run

355MB    1050MB   After second Run

And if I do lots of editing and debugging it grows substantially.

So I quit often to recover it.
