Whilst we're talking about icons, has anyone else experienced
problems with the app icon not consistently being assigned in a Mach-
O build? It has all the correct masks and different sizes but for no
apparent good reason sometimes when I do a build it gets given the
generic app icon. Then I'll hit the build button a third or fourth
time and all will come good. Often I'll get bored of playing the
lottery and just copy/paste the icon from a previous build.
There seems to be no logic to it because other days I'll always get
the custom icon on every build I do.

You can just create an image that is a black square and paste that
into all the mask fields. If your icon has parts that are
transparent, then the black image should be the same shape as the
non-transparent parts of your icon.
