Is there a way to tell if the user's computer has Quartz Extreme
accelerated rendering available?
I've been looking into speeding up listbox redraws, and found that I
can get way better performance from older Macs by setting
g.UseOldRenderer=true in the CellTextPaint event. The downside is
that the text is not quite as nice looking as when rendered with
Quartz. So now my goal is to only use the old renderer (QuickDraw)
if the machine does not have Quartz Extreme available.
