That'd be a serious bug. Please confirm it in a simple app and, if you can do that, report it via the feedback system. Well that has nothing to do with it, nor with RB for that matter -- that's just the Finder being stupid. It's been that way, from time to time, for 16 years or so now. Just launch the copy of RB you prefer first, and subsequent double-clicks of RB documents will open in that.
