There is no scope for a replace all, and no replace all button.
There is a dropdown to set the search scope in the find dialog.. In
the results tab you can select all (or just some) of the found
results and rplace them easily...
Often times that is more convenient then the old way, but sometimes not.
If you just want to find and replace within a selection or within one
method it is definitely more steps and less convenient... for more
wide spread search and replace however it's a lot better than the old
way.
