You could use VNC, but for debugging your RB application on another machine you may find RB's Remote Debugging feature to be even better. It will automatically compile the debug version of your app for the target OS, download it to the remote machine and let you debug it from the IDE host while interacting with your app on the remote host. Very sweet setup.

You can download the Remote Debug stub for each of the remote OSs from the normal RS download page.
