YES! it is what I want. As I don't want the highlight to be on the listbox as I have a Clear or RESET patient option that will clear all the editfields, but not sure how to UN-Setfocus on the listbox as it still was showing the highlight of the last row option selected.

Listbox.ListIndex=-1 will clear any/all selected row(s) if that is what you are referring to.
