While I love to see your solution [Thanks!], I'd be happy to see better support
as part of RB itself.

Look at Visual Studio: You enter the endpoint URL of the SOAP service
and VS generates fully automated a wrapper class. I've never seen a
simpler solution to integrate with SOAP APIs.

ELECTRIC BUTTERFLY RELEASES FREE WSL-AMAZON 1.2

Easily Add Amazon Web Services to Your REALbasic Apps for FREE!

LOS ANGELES, California (May 22, 2006) -- Electric Butterfly, Inc. proudly announces the freeware release of WSL-Amazon 1.2, the award-winning class
library for accessing Amazon Web Services.

WSL-Amazon wraps the Amazon Web Services API into an easy to use REALbasic class library of 72 powerful methods and 66 properties with support for the US, UK, German, and Japanese Amazon stores. WSL-Amazon includes extensive search and information retrieval capabilities, plus the ability to create,
update and checkout remote Amazon shopping carts -- all from within
REALbasic! This class library also comes with the project source code for a fully-functional Amazon-powered application, which developers can reuse in
their own REALbasic projects!

In the FREEWARE version, the WSL-Amazon classes are encrypted. For access to the full source code of the WSL-Amazon classes, you must purchase a Source
Code License (see licensing options below).

THE BENEFIT OF USING WSL-AMAZON:
Even though REALbasic 5.5 and higher supports XML and SOAP, the extensive
API of Amazon Web Services (AWS) can seem daunting and extremely
time-consuming to implement. WSL-Amazon changes all that with optimized REALbasic classes that wrap this large API into easy to use methods and properties. No knowledge of XML or SOAP is needed! WSL-Amazon establishes an
easy to use REALbasic framework for accessing Amazon Web Services.

MAKE MONEY WITH WSL-AMAZON!
WSL-Amazon provides support for Amazon Associates. Developers can use their
Amazon Associates ID with WSL-Amazon, including it in code when users
checkout their shopping cart items with a developer's WSL-Amazon- powered application. If those items are purchased, then the developer should receive an affiliate commission from Amazon.com (see the Amazon Associates Program
for details).

LICENSING OPTIONS:

FREEWARE VERSION -- FREE!
You may use the encrypted WSL-Amazon classes in your compiled REALbasic applications Royalty-Free. The Freeware version does NOT include support of
any kind. Free Download:
