Are you looking to have your app print out a file that is associated
with your app when a user right-clicks and then selects print? Or are
you looking to use code to print a file using the associated app?
If it is the former, I think you have to look at the startup info sent
to your application by the OS. I have never attempted this.
If it is the latter, then you can use shellexecute with the print
command. Like this:

In Windows, you can right-click a file and choose "Print". This
instructs the responsible application to print the file. Apparently
there is some shell parameter that is sent.
How can I simulate this within REALbasic?
