Hello,

I'd like to include in one of my project windows a view of a directory that I specify in code (along with the ability to launch selected files). I was contemplating doing this with a ListBox and using FolderItem to get the info from the directory; then I thought a lot of pain might be saved if I could find an ActiveX control that essentially is the Windows Explorer and can essentially be chrooted in a directory (a preference; not a requirement). However, the combination of a lack of much documentation of ActiveX and how to use it in RB with the flood of information geared toward VB.net; I'm just lost.

Can someone direct me to an ActiveX tutorial or HowTo in RB?

Is there an ActiveX control already bundled in RB that does this?

Where would I find the documentation on how to use/control this control?

Thanks!

Mark
