No, single-file applications have a plist as well; it's stored as
the 'plst' #0 resource. Build your app, and open it up with
something like ResFool to see.
Additionally, after resource or Info.plist modification, remember to
change the modification date of you app.
This is to avoid Panther and Tiger to use the cached version of your
application and ignore your changes.
