You should be able to calculate things.
Rows are a certain height, and I had / have some code on my site that
you can use to figure actual column widths
The only thing is I'm not sure you have the opportunity to draw
anything as the mouse events dont give you that chance
Not sure if you can figure the cell and invalidate it, and set a flag
that says "draw a frame" and use the cell background paint event
