I really wouldn't care what the UI is (although I do tend to like
dragging as it's more direct)
but a way to add / remove, enable / disable plugins on a per
project basis would be very welcome
As well as an option at disable Modules/classes/Windows to exclude for
a certain compiler (target membership).
