No, it hasn't.
This is not an RS directed project.
We don't know if RS uses ROTOR or not.
When we submit bug reports that referrer to tests in ROTOR, how will
RS know what we are talking about?
Joe did a great thing putting together ROTOR, but I'm saying we need
something that is endorsed by RS.
