It is bizarre !
It is not in RB either.
That's why it's not in Encoding Master, because it's not in RB.
But what is ANSEL. Who needs it? And why?
If you can answer me these questions, I might add ANSEL support to
Encoding Master :)
Because I have a handy system I made to add custom encodings. I've
even got BetaCode already, and even Apple haven't built in support
for BetaCode.
