All you need to do is edit the .desktop file and change to correct paths.
vi (or whatever editor you want) /usr/share/applications/REALbasic2006r2.desktop
Name=REALbasic 2006r2
Icon=/usr/bin/REALbasic2006r2/Resources/icon.xpm
Exec=/usr/bin/REALbasic2006r2/REALbasic2006
Path=/usr/bin/REALbasic2006r2
If in kde run kbuildsyscoca to rebuild the menu, if in gnome, just logout and
back in.
