I see no Online Language Reference in RB 2006 r2.
Anyway, how do I tell the UDP Socket that recieves the data to
Listen? ListenSocket.Listen does not seem to work?

The OLR is the 'Online' Language Reference under the Help menu
within REALbasic as opposed to the .pdf version. There are
sometimes differences between the two.
In most cases, the OLR is more up-to-date.
