Description
If you hilite code in the IDE and drag-move it downwards, the wrong
code is hilited after the drop is completed. Moving code upwards works
properly.
This also affects back to 2005R1.

2006r3 - added movie of operation - had to zip the movie file because
the forums upload does something to the file and Quicktime can't open
it.
IDE Version
REALbasic 2006r3
Target and Platform Run on
Macintosh - 10.3.9, 10.4.5
Steps to Reproduce
Load project
Select a few lines of code in a method
Drag it downwards in the code editor
release
The code that was dropped will not be hilited, while the code that was
in the location of the drop is moved down and hilited.
Workaround
None
A screen capture movie is attached to the report.
