Hi,
I'm having trouble with the XMLReader class not parsing XML properly
if it contains a <!DOCTYPE> element. I'm getting an XMLReader
Exception of type 21, the same as in this message below from 2004:

Does anyone know why this is happening, and if there is a workaround
other than removing the offending element?
