If you have a shared hosting account (the cheap ones, not vps or
dedicated server), most of them support just PHP and CGI, just search
a suitable PHP script at www.hotscripts.com en following the
installation instructions. There are plenty of gallery scripts (both
free and commercial) floating around on the net.
