Here's my final followup on this bug. I can only see it when the
original file name is *exactly* 31 characters long. If it is <= 30
or >= 32, copyFileTo works. If it is 31, the copied file does not
...
I ran into a similar thing with SaveAsJPEG.
My workaround was to create the file first (with the correct long
name), then call SaveAsJPEG with it. You might try that (only calling
CopyFile instead, of course).
