HelpLogic generates PDF files with PDF bookmarks based on the Table of
Contents in your HelpLogic project. So for example, if you created HTML help pages and a TOC within HelpLogic for use with UniHelp 2, then you could also use HelpLogic (the full version) to publish those same HTML help pages

First, thank you Dave and Brenden for your musings on this subject. I have been generating my own help system but with the growing size of the help file and the desire to appear more "standard" I am weighing other options. Dave, I thought I understood that HelpLogic came with the package if I purchased UniHelp, but your last post seemed to imply otherwise. Do I need a UniHelp & a HelpLogic license to effectively use both to create my help file?
