I think it is related to the AutoHideScrollbars
property.
In my case, I had a form with a listbox that displays
only when you click on a drop down disclosure style
button. By default, the listbox is hidden when the
window opens. When I moved to r3, the listbox's
vertical scrollbar would show up (without the rest of
the listbox) at launch. I fixed it by turning off
autoHideScrollbars because in my case, the listbox
cannot resized.
Thanks Russ. This seems to have fixed my problem with hidden
listboxes and ghost scrollbars.
