I'm not using RB2006r3 (still on 2005r4) but I filled a feature
request for the "..." button for the constants value that was
implemented on version 2006r3. Unfortunately it seems that RS didn't
implement this also for the localized constants list (requested also
on the same report and later by Ernesto G. on 2006-05-01).

I think you should fill a new feature request or bug report, as RS
didn't open this one after Ernesto requested it.
