I've been trying to use some simple icons with menuitems in 2006 R3. I'm creating them on the fly by drawing to a Graphics instance's picture. Accessing the resulting menu more than a couple of times results in a crash. Here's the bug report in case you want to check it out.

My use has been to generate solid fields of a single color. My yellow and green icons appear as white. For example, I fill a graphics object with RGB(0, 255, 0) for green and it appears as white in the icon. (It appears correctly in a rectangle, though.) This is on a Mac running OS X.
