Well, given that it only took a day to write this code in the first
place, I'm going to try writing it again, and then I'll see what's
different.
While I'm at it... Is the DownloadComplete event guaranteed to fire,
even if there's an error? Would the error Error event fire before
the DownloadComplete event?
