I'm probably missing something very obvious, but how are resizable subpanels (such as the ones in the RB IDE that have a little "dot" control between them) implemented. There doesn't seem to be any obvious control that does it.
They are called splitters and usually implemented as a canvas control. There are a couple of examples on http://www.rbgarage.com.
