What email address are you supposed to respond to for RS engineers' bug report follow-ups.
I just received the following message:
Thanks for your report. We cannot reproduce your bug with the steps, project, or information provided. This bug report will be closed. If you have more information that allows us to reproduce this bug, we will reopen this report. The current report evaluation is: Perhaps it is something particular to the contents of your XML file as this didn't happen for us. A copy of a file that you know to cause a problem would be appreciated.
